Refund & Return Policy


At Pretty Hair Company, we take pride in providing premium-quality Virgin and Raw Hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions, closures, frontals, wigs, or custom orders that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, or otherwise tampered with.


If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pretty Hair Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
